About us
Initially, Opus Nova was some cool sounding words, with a meaning relevant to me as an artist. But it came to mean more to me, and eventually I found the verse that directly translated the words into the scriptural truth I understood it to mean.
- Opus is a Latin word meaning "work" or "labor". In classical and musical contexts, it often refers to a specific work of art
- Nova is derived from the Latin word novus, meaning "new".
- Ephesians 2:10 - "For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." (NLT)
This brand is an expression of that truth. And I hope that every garment can serve as a point of interest for those who have not yet found the Truth.
